INBOP’s Social Responsibility

Seeking continuous improvement of the work environment and aiming at a socially responsible conduct and ethics, INBOP is committed to increasingly improve the quality of relationships and conditions of the work environment of the company, extending this commitment to respect for human rights, Children’s Rights and Labor Fundamental Rights to its suppliers.
Therefore, we adopted as social conduct:

Child labor
INBOP is not involved and does not support the use of child labor. We do not hire anyone under 18 years old, except with the apprentice, as laws applied.

Repair Child Policy
INBOP is not involved or supports the use of child labor.
In relation to apprentices aged less than 16 years and under 18 years, INBOP maintains agreements with authorized entities and ensures that the period in which they perform on stage now, the workday does not exceed six hours daily, and are not exposed to situations in or outside the workplace that are hazardous, unsafe and unhealthy.

Forced and Compulsory Labor
